Can you bill Medicare?
Yes, first you complete your purchase and then we will mail you the necessary documents. You must sign and return all applicable paperwork along with a prescription from your doctor. Once we receive the returned documents, we will proceed to bill Medicare on your behalf.
Medicare will reimburse you directly if you qualify.
Will Medicare pay for my scooter?
Yes, if your diagnosis specifies that your purchase is medically necessary. In order to be qualified for reimbursement, the user has to not be able to perform daily activities around the home and /or unable to properly use a manual wheelchair.

Only to non-insurance purchases in the state of Ohio
How soon will I receive my product?
Products typically ship in 24 to 72 hours; this will vary based on product availability and delivery option selected. Ship time does not necessarily mean you will receive your product in that time, that is when your product will be shipped.
What happens if I need replacement parts?
Brunner HealthCare will
NOT just sell your product and not continue to service your product like most online dealers; we are also an authorized/certified Invacare service and repair dealer. Therefore, we will be able to assist you with obtaining parts and also will be able to assist you with product/repair questions. We honor manufacturers warranty for all products we sell. If your part is under warranty, you will receive the REPLACEMENT PART at no charge (shipping may be applied in certain circumstances), if the product is no longer covered by a manufacturers warranty, we will make it available to you at the best possible price.
