How do I purchase a rollator from Brunner HealthCare?
You can simply browse through our inventory and make your selection or you can contact us toll free at 800-422-6786 and we will assist you with your purchase.
Can you bill Medicare?
Yes, first you complete your purchase and then we will mail you the necessary documents. You must sign and return all applicable paperwork along with a prescription from your doctor. Once we receive the returned documents, we will proceed to bill Medicare on your behalf. Medicare will reimburse you directly if you qualify.
Will Medicare pay for my rollator?
Yes, if your diagnosis specifies that your purchase is medically necessary. Also, Medicare will NOT pay for a rollator if they have already made payment for a manual or power wheelchair. Also, Medicare typically reimburses for the allowable for a standard walker rather than a rollator.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes, only on purchases in the state of Ohio
How soon will I receive my product?
Products typically ship in 24 to 72 hours; this will vary based on product availability and delivery option selected.
What happens if I need replacement parts?
Brunner HealthCare will
NOT just sell your product and not continue to service your product like most online dealers; we are also an authorized/certified Invacare service and repair dealer. Therefore, we will be able to assist you with obtaining parts and also will be able to assist you with product/repair questions. We honor manufacturers warranty for all products we sell. If your part is under warranty, you will receive the REPLACEMENT PART at no charge (shipping may be applied in certain circumstances), if the product is no longer covered by a manufacturers warranty, we will make it available to you at the best possible price.
