Return Policy
Our primary goal at Brunner Healthcare is for our customers to experience 100% satisfaction. We have a Returns Policy of full credit or refund for up to 30 days from the day you receive your product.
The item should be kept in new condition and with the original packaging.
Items returned after receipt will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
If there are any discrepancies within your product due to damage or delivery, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-422-6786 or my emailing us at customerservice@brunnerhealthcare.com.
For items ordered incorrectly:
- If you have an item ordered incorrectly, please return the item in the original shipping container if possible. Click here and fill out a Return Authorization form
There are NO RETURNS of clearance items, manufacturer
discontinued items, personal hygiene products, incontinence products, nutrional/dietary products or items that no longer appear on our website.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please call our Customer
Service department toll-free at 1-800-422-6786 or e-mail
us at customerservice@brunnerhealthcare.com.
If the order has not yet been shipped, you will be given 100% credit for the entire order.
If your order has already been shipped, and you decide to
cancel the order, you can refuse the package or return
it for a full refund of the merchandise. However you will
be required to pay the shipping charges that we incurred.
To return your order, simply reseal the item in the original shipping box, contact customer service at (800) 422-6786
or by e-mail at customerservice@brunnerhealthcare.com. We will work with you to make arrangements for returning your order.
