Therefore, to the advantage of the customer, we’re able to maintain a low price on all of our products. These prices would be lower than our prices in any of our retail locations
With this notion in mind we strongly recommend that you take advantage of our low prices and special internet pricing. Brunner HealthCare will not honor any of the product prices from the www.brunnerhealthcare.com web site at any of our retail locations.

Returns Policy
Our primary goal at Brunner Healthcare is for our customers to experience 100% satisfaction. We have a Returns Policy of full credit or refund for up to 14 days from the day you receive your product.
The item should be kept in new condition and with the original packaging.
Items returned after receipt will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
If there are any discrepancies within your product due to damage or delivery, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-422-6786 or my emailing us at customerservice@brunnerhealthcare.com.
For items ordered incorrectly:
- If you have an item ordered incorrectly, please return the item in the original shipping container if possible. Click here and fill out a Return Authorization form
There are NO RETURNS of clearance items, manufacturer
discontinued items, personal hygiene products, incontinence products, nutrional/dietary products or items that no longer appear on our website.
No late returns will be accepted

How do I return my order for Refund?
Return for Refund Policy: Our primary goal at Brunner Healthcare is for our customers to experience 100% satisfaction. We have a Returns Policy of full credit or refund for the cost of the product for up to 14 days from the day you receive your product. How do I exchange my order?
Return for Exchange Policy: Exchanges will be processed as a new order, and shipped right out, all charges will be reapplied including S&H fees. Once your return has been approved as resalable your order will be refunded 100% of the purchase price. S&H fees are the responsibility of the customer. No Restocking Fees will be charged to you.
FYI: Sizing is the #1 reason for returns and it can be very costly due to mis-measuring or guessing at your size. If you have any questions about sizing, please call our Sales Department Toll-Free at 1-800-422-6786.
What if I cancel my order?
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your order prior to MasterCard & Visa's processing you will incur no cancellation fee, however, any order that is cancelled after your MC/Visa has been processed will incur a 5% processing fee to cover the fee MC/Visa charges us. Discover & American Express are exempt from cancellation fees. Along with the processing fee, you will be charged a re-stocking fee due to the cost incurred for shipping & handling.
What if I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
If you cancel an order after it has been shipped you will be charged the restocking fee that applies and be responsible for the shipping to return the merchandize if the package can not be refused at time of delivery. You are responsible for the package until it arrives back at our warehouse. No refund will be issued until return is made.
What if I'm missing a product when my package is delivered?
Missing Products: Missing items must be reported with in 5 days of receiving your order or items will not be replaced. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your package if any items are missing and there is not a clear explanation on your paperwork inside the box. Example: Shipped Separately or Backordered stamped next to the product missing.
Will I be notified if a item I ordered is on backorder?
Backordered Items: We will attempt to notify you as quickly as possible. We will notify you via email and, if necessary, also with a phone call (if you provide a phone number) of any items that are on backorder as soon as the office is notified by the warehouse. The Brunner HealthCare warehouse does their best to always have stock on hand, but occasionally items may sell out before more inventory arrives. Whenever possible, we will drop ship your order directly from the manufacturer to avoid any delays.
After I place by order how soon will it ship?
Shipping Policy: Orders normally ship within 24 hours from the time they're placed. Delivery time on ground shipments is estimated at 4-7 business days. Expedited orders, (2nd Day or Overnight) will ship out the same business day if placed by 12:00 Noon EST. Orders placed after 12:00 Noon or placed on a holiday will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday before 12:00 Noon EST for expedited shipping will not be delivered until the following Monday or Tuesday depending on 2nd day or overnight choice. If Saturday delivery is needed special arrangements must be made by calling toll free 1-800-422-6786 prior to order leaving the warehouse. There is an additional fee for Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery may not always be available to certain areas.
